LPDC President, Jose Go Rañola, a classmate of President Rico Trinidad in their masters’ studies at the University of Asia and the Pacific, is funding the chair whose research focus will be in aspects related to engineering, building and managing residential communities that serve all levels of society. LPDC operates in Albay. Mr. Rañola is also active in socio-civic work, addressing the needs of persons with disabilities.
