The UPERDFI Digitalization Task Force headed by Dante Briones met on July 28 to track the progress of the QuickBooks Online migration. Accountant Nelly Manalo has loaded all transactions for 2021 on QBO and has generated the monthly reports. UPERDFI will request for an external mid-year audit to ensure the reliability of the new system.
For the Document Management System, the team led by Rico Ibana has decided to procure equipment to scan documents to the Google Workspace and share relevant records to the donors.
With the assistance of two IE interns, UPERDFI is working on documenting and automating a number of donation-related procedures in order to maximize the use of the new QuickBooks system as well as leverage the features of on-line banking toward becoming paperless.
