The Board of Trustees held its 171st regular meeting on August 18, 2021 via Zoom. Members were invited to observe and participate. During the meeting, committee chairpersons and project team leaders presented their reports and plans to the Board.
The Board formally ratified the following – 1) High Performance Computing Fundraising application, 2) use of the Albarracin Hall Fund for Professorial Chairs, 3) decoupling of the Audit and Governance Committee into two separate committees, 4) offer of help to the UP President in operationalizing the Philippine Energy Research and Policy Institute (PERPI), and 5) steps for the resolution of the ES 101 Book project delay.
