The U.P. Engineering Research and Foundation, Inc. (UPERDFI) congratulates Focus Global Inc. (FGI) the very best in celebrating its 30th anniversary milestone! The company, which handles high-end home and kitchen brands was founded by our member Steve Sy with wife Loli.
FGI’s continuing initiatives to bring the best home furnishings and consumer products and services to Southeast Asia as well as investing and experimenting in new technology to regularly rethink and re-imagine the consumer retail experience truly resonate with the foundation’s thrust with the College of Engineering (COE) toward innovation and making an impact on society and the market.
FGI continues to support UPERDFI and COE in faculty development in the form of professorial chairs and study grants, even in these trying times of the global pandemic. This is a demonstration of its strong commitment to help maintain the COE’s reputation as a Center of Excellence in learning and to build its capability as a think tank for solving real-life problems in government and industry.
