The Japan Foundation Manila (JFM), together with UPSCALE and UPERDFI, held the kick-off event for the We Project Design Challenge on October 14, via Zoom. The We Project is a collaboration between JFM and UPSCALE Innovation Hub to showcase inclusive design for people with disabilities in the Philippines and in Japan through an innovation and design thinking program among Filipino students and young professional innovators. UPERDFI will serve as UPSCALE’s partner for fund administration to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
