UPERDFI is ready to disburse approximately Php 5.5 Million in grants to six startups currently incubated at the UPSCALE Innovation Hub of UP Diliman. The startups are Cropital, Xperto, Metrocity AI, Magwai, Waste4Good, and HomeAssist.
The funds are from a donation made by Accenture, Inc. to expand and accelerate technology innovation in the country by supporting technology start-ups. These startups have completed their customer discovery phase and will be using the funds to execute a three-month customer creation and development program. The awardees were qualified by a selection committee composed of industry and business experts who reviewed their value proposition and the financial work plan submitted.
