Geotechnics Philippines, Inc. Donates New Professorial Chair in Civil Engineering

The Geotechnics Philippines, Inc. (GPI), headed by its President Diosdado A. Ureña, and through its Director and UPERDFI member Alexis A. Acacio has donated a new professorial chair in Civil Engineering. GPI was organized in 1966 by a group of professionals – F.F. Cruz, A.L. Juinio, P.C. Reyes, J.M. De Castro and S.F. Reyes to provide geotechnical, geological and foundation engineering services. The GPI Professorial Chair will be awarded starting AY 2022-2023, for five years.
