UPERDFI released the professorial chair awards for the 126 faculty members from the UP College of Engineering on December 21, 2023, after the approval of the University of the Philippines President of the list submitted by UPCOE Dean Tonette Tanchuling The awards are annual incentives for research and publications by qualified faculty members.
The chair awardees will present their 2023-24 papers during the Professorial Chair Colloquium to be held on January 24-26, 2024 (Wed-Fri) at the National Engineering Center, UP Diliman.
UPERDFI also awarded 37 Teaching and Research Awards to junior faculty members to recognize their instructional and research activities.
Our professorial chair donors, both corporates and individuals, have been sent invitations for them and their staff to attend the PC Colloquium. We are grateful to them for their continuing support! And we thank our professors for undertaking the special research work, in addition to their instructional responsibilities!
