Team leader Trustee Val Reyes has enlisted DOST Secretary Boy de la Peña, former DOE Sec. and Dean Sonny Viray, former DPWH Sec Babes Singson, former SunLife Philippines CEO Riza Mantaring, Dean Ferdie Manegdeg, Adviser Chato Calderon, Trustee Glen Tabios, Trustee and Audit & Governance Committee Chairman Wash Roqueza, and Comptroller Edith Atienza to the effort. The team met to set up task descriptions and assignments on March 5, 2021, assigning areas of focus and sub-team heads. A second meeting is scheduled in early April. The priority subjects and topic leads are Glen for R&D, Dean Ferdie for Faculty and Student Development, Riza for Investments, and Babes for Fund-raising (Government Sector).
More specific policies on Donors and Benefactors, and on Project Governance, will also be addressed.
