The UPD College of Engineering and the UP National Engineering Center hosted the Engineering Public Policy Lecture Series Webinar on Value Adding in the Semiconductor and Electronics Industry, which examined the effects of institutional decisions and current government policies as well as possible outcomes of these initiatives.
Professor Emeritus Dr. Manolo G. Mena of the UP Department of Mining, Metallurgical, and Materials Engineering was the keynote presenter at this webinar. The panelists were Dr. Danilo Lachica (SEIPI President), expert and consultant Rafael Nestor “Chico” Mantaring, and Valentin “Val” Reyes (UPERDFI President).
