The J. Amado Araneta Foundation, Inc. (JAAF) signed the Deed of Donation with UPERDFI and the UP College of Engineering for the Thesis Support Grants Donation on August 8, 2023 at the Araneta Center, Quezon City.
The event was graced by Ms. Christine Diane Romero, JAAF Executive Director, Mr. John Peter Chick Castelo, Araneta Center SVP-Business Development, Dr. Maria Antonia N. Tanchuling, UPCOE Dean, Dr. Djoan Kate Tungpalan, UPCOE Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Mr. Alfonso Aliga, Jr., UPERDFI Executive Director.
JAAF first donated thesis grants in AY 2018-19. Thesis support grants are one-time grants for engineering seniors to help complete their theses or capstone projects. The ADSA Office will release the application guidelines during the 1st semester of AY 2023-24.
