UPERDFI adviser and former president Chato Calderon, exchanged views with visiting UPD COE faculty members involved in the CIPHER Research Project funded by the Philippine Commission on Higher Education – Philippine California Advanced Research Institutes (CHED-PCARI).
The faculty members were visiting the School of Engineering at UC Merced to discuss the ongoing R&D activities of the CIPHER Project, for training of UP researchers on fuel cell station operation and testing, and preparation of joint research publications of the project.
